He is signed and numbered. The bear wears an unusual decorative collar made of assorted buttons, with a small penny attached.

The original handwritten tag appears to identify the bear as "A Penny Bear" and includes a date from the 1990s and what appears to be a limited edition number of 7/50. The exact artist has not been confirmed. The fur has a mohair-like appearance, although the material has not been verified. Please refer to the pictures for more details.

The bear is in excellent, like-new condition and appears to have never been displayed.
