Here is a very pretty doll with working sleepy eyes. The paint on the eyelids a little worn. The porcelain is very high quality and is thin. There is chip to the rim of the head that can be seen outside and inside of the head. There are photos that show the chip from both views. This is the same area. Look like there is a short hairline coming from the chip. There is no other damage to the head of the doll. The line on the left side of the head is a production mold defect and is not hairline, crack or repair. The dark spot to the back of the head on the photo with light is residue of the plater and is not a repair. Cork pate and human hair wig look like replacements.
The doll has original working mechanism body. When the legs move back and forth the head of the doll turns to the sides. The right arm is not a part of the mechanism. Good stringing to the arms. Looks like there was supposed to be crier, but it is missing. One finger on the left hand is missing. There are other signs of wear to the body that are all shown on the photos. Clothes are not original. No pantaloons to the doll. Please refer to the pictures for more details. No stand to the doll.
