The doll appears to be all original, including the outfit. No damage or leaking to the doll. There is some glued residue on the head, possibly from an original hat that is now missing. There is light paint wear to the head and the tips of the shoes, as well as light wear to the coat. The flaws on the back are production-related and not damage.
