Very sweet old doll that is coming with an old note attached to the clothing that reads "Eleanor Grace Carlson, Topeka Kansas, 1885."
The doll is nicely preserved with some wear consistent with age. There is small flaw to her nose that is possibly some kind of damage. Wear to the painted hair. The china head appears to be free of cracks or hairlines. The doll was not fully undressed. The shoulder plate feels complete, but was not fully inspected. Both hands have chips to the fingers, shown in the photos.
The cloth body is old and appears to be firmly stuffed, but there are possible repairs to the legs. Small holes to the stockings. No soes to the doll. She is dressed in antique clothing as shown. The outfit has discoloration, stains, and age wear throughout, but remains in nice condition.
