Beautiful doll by Gotz Artist PHILIP HEATH. His name is Billy I and he was produced in 1994. He has a vinyl head and torso and partial arms and legs. Vinyl parts have some marks - see photos. The rest of his body is a soft stuffed fabric. Comes in his original outfit. Comes with his tag , photo snd original stand as well. Stand has to be disassembled in order yo fit into the box (unscrewing 2 screws). Box is in a poor condition.
