Gorgeous large lifelike doll with working sleepy eyes! Her left glass eye appears to have been broken and repaired. The damage is located mainly on the back and side of the eye and is barely noticeable when the doll is displayed.
The bisque has small flaws. Small chip to the inside rim of the left eye. There is an imperfection to the right ear, as shown in the photos. It is difficult to determine whether this is a production defect or later damage, possibly a combination of a kiln crack and some minor damage. There is also a tiny flake to the left ear hole and a small production crack to the upper rim of the head. No other imperfections to the bisque head. There are some glue and hair residues on the head. Her beautiful wig is a replacement.
The body is in overall good condition, showing only very light wear. The stringing is good, although the arms are not perfectly tight, but not loose either.
The doll comes with her original clothing and shoes, which are nicely preserved overall. The shoes show some wear, and there is a tear to the shirt. The coat has some small stains and discoloration. Her beautiful antique bonnet is well preserved, with only possible minor imperfections.
