Beautiful large antique doll with working sleepy eyes. The doll is missing her eyelashes and has no painted upper eyelashes. The eyes may be replacements and have what appears to be a handmade rocker.
The bisque has damage on the right side of the head, as shown in the photos, as well as tiny flakes to the earring holes. No other damage or wear to the bisque. The shoulder plate is in good condition.
The arms are detached at the top. The handmade shirt serves as the support that keeps the arms connected to the body. The arms can occasionally slip out of the shirt. Otherwise, the arms are in good condition, including the lower bisque portions.
The body has no leaking. Both legs have old repairs.
The doll is coming with a possibly replaced wig and is dressed as shown in a very beautiful dress. She is coming with tights. She has no pantaloons. Both shoes show glue residue and other wear.
Despite the condition issues, the doll presents beautifully and can be displayed in either a sitting or standing position.
