This beautiful half doll with arms away is approximately 4 1/2" tall - see photo with a measuring tape. We are not sure about manufacture/artist name. Number 13681 to the back of her base. Some small paint imperfections are present. Fur and pearls are not included. Please refer to the pictures as they are part of the description.
