Hard to find - Famlee dolls by Berwick Doll Company (USA, 1918-1930). This set includes a composition and cloth body and 5 interchangeable screw-on heads.
The metal screw on the doll's body is marked PAT. APR. 12, 21. Crazings, paint peeling, rubbed paint are present to all composition parts. Cryer is not working. Unsure if dress is original; stains/holes are present to the cloth body and the dress.
