Very pretty girl, one of the earliest Kestner dolls and a hard-to-find example. The doll has working sleepy eyes, though they are slightly loose in the sockets and occasionally need adjustment. There is some paint wear to the right eyelid.
The bisque is in great condition with no hairlines, cracks, or chips. One tooth is broken. The doll comes with her original nicely preserved wig and original plaster pate.
The body shows small repairs and appears to be missing some stuffing. Fingers on the left hand are broken. The doll is dressed as shown. Her beautiful dress is in good condition, though it has some stains.
