Very beautiful and rare china head doll. The doll appears to be all original, including her leather body and elaborate layered outfit.
The doll was not undressed in order to preserve her current condition and prevent additional wear or damage. The china head and neck do not show any visible damage. Unfortunately, it sounds and feels as though the shoulder plate is damaged beneath the clothing.
The upper portion of the outfit is heavily layered with thick materials that help hold the shoulder plate securely in place.
The body shows very light leaking, although it is difficult to determine the exact source. There is a small repair to the body, as shown in the photos. It also appears that the legs have had damage or repairs at some point in the past.
The beautifully detailed outfit and bonnet remain displayable but show age-related wear, including discoloration, holes, tears, and other imperfections shown in the photos. Please refer to the pictures for more details. No stand included.
