Rare Vintage German 20” Kathe Kruse Träumerchen Sand Filled Hospital Baby Doll

Here is a very hard-to-find doll that is all original, but has no box. Very light wear to the face. The doll is overall clean and looks like new.

The doll is filled with sand and is very heavy, giving her the realistic feel and weight of a real baby. Comes dressed as shown.
