Realistic (heavy!) baby doll from The Cradle company. She is 18" tall considering bent knees. Needs some support to be presented in a sitting position. Silicone like material flange head and partial extremities, cloth body, glued hair, real upper eyelashes, and hand-painted fingernails and toenails. Cute outfit; too small around the neck.
